I am Kholoud Althobaiti (Pronounced as Kolood). I am interested in usable security research. More specifically, decision-making with regard to computer security and then creating data-driven improvements to systems and interfaces that help users make better decisions.
Currently, I am a PhD student at the school of informatics at the University of Edinburgh. My PhD project is about supporting users’ decision on URLs’ safety, phishing related issue. I am currently a teaching assistant on a study leave at the Taif University in Saudi Arabia. I got both my BSc and MSc degrees in computer since with the focus in my MSc degree on cyber security and privacy.
